In the case of tyres processing to the pure rubber granulate, the pieces of shredded tyres are further shredded in high-speed mills. The intermediate stage of the transport of shredded granules always includes the separation of magnetic metals and textiles. According to the customer´s specifications, the output rubber granulate is sorted by size into the fractions.
Part of our supply is also a project in which is clarified the overall layout of the technology, the production and purchase of individual technological components. The installation with a connection to the control system and providing subsequent services is a guarantee that operators are only in charge of providing input and output.
