Technology for processing and material separation from electric waste

Electrical waste is composed of different materials. The size of the processed material depends on the size of the shredder input and its performance. At first the material is shredded in a drum shredder. Due to the noise of shredders, they are located in a separate isolation cell. Then, the shredded electric waste is sorted by a type of the material. Other material is shredded to a finer fraction and sorted again. The whole technological line is extracted. Shredded and sorted material is transferred to a transport or storage space.

Part of our supply is a project, which clarifies the overall layout of each technology and equipment contained in. And also the production and purchase of individual components, including construction work (separate basics for the shredders and soundproof cell). The installation with a connection to the control system and providing warranty services and after-sale service are included in our customer service.
