Equipment for processing of wood waste and forest biomass
Wood waste as well as forest biomass are increasingly used as an alternative source of fuel for the heating. For reducing the volume of wood waste and forest biomass are used the low-speed single-shaft and double-shaft shredders of DRJ and DRT series. These shredders are resistant to other materials contained in waste wood (nails, hinges, fittings, glass, etc.).
In order to obtain a small homogenous output fraction with the requirement of any magnetic metal separation for the processing the wood waste (timber, waste from processing, etc.) we offer slowly running single-shaft shredders of DRJ series.
The technological lines for heat-generating plants is the line, which is able to process both wood waste and forest biomass. The purpose of the line is the separation of oversized or metal pieces. This is followed by shredding in slow speed double-shaft shredder of DRT series to a relatively small fraction, according to traffic routes and for effective drying of wood chips in the oven before the incineration in boiler.
