Processing of tyres

The basic principle of tyres processing is the mechanic shredding with the possible following separation of other material contained in the tyres. Responding to the purpose of processing and output which requires to gain from the tyres and subsequent using, this mechanical shredding can be divided into two basic groups.

1. Tyre shredding for incineration

2. Tyres processing to the clean rubber granulate

For tyres processing from trucks and industrial machines it is necessary to prepare the tyres for processing in technology line.

Tyres shredding for incineration

Tyres shredding to output fraction sized 50x50mm or larger.

Pure rubber granulate

Shreddind tyres into a pure rubber granulate with separation of material inside tyres.

Preparation before shredding

Removing tyre beads of heavy trucks and industrial tyres.

Line for tyres processing from cars and trucks to a certain size of output fraction (50x50 or 100x100mm). Shredded tyres can be used as an alternative fuel for cement works or they may be further processed in technology where the result is the clean rubber granulate. The hourly capacity of the line is about 2,5t/h. Before the processing the trucks tyres must be cut to ½ and the steel rope must be pulled out on a special cutting and pulling devices.
